Pastry-Making World Cup Final

The Pastry-Making World Cup (Coupe du Monde de Pâtisserie) is a prestigious international culinary competition.


Over the course of two days, the best teams from the 4 continents will go head to head and try to take the cup back to their country. 
To reach the final involves a two-year selection process that begins with 52 national qualifying competitions around the world. Then there are 4 continental qualifying rounds to decide on the teams that will go through to the final in front of 15,000 fans at the Sirha in Lyon (France).


The teams are made up of three pastry chefs: one specialising in chocolate, one in sugar and another in ice cream. They have 6 hours to win over the jury.


This competition brings together an international network of more than 2,000 chefs, combining taste and art and reflecting the latest trends in modern pastry making
