Metz Wine and Gastronomy Fair

From 5 to 7 April 2019 at the Metz Exhibition Park.

People from the Metz region will be heading to the 19th Wine and Gastronomy Fair from 5 to 7 April 2019 at the Metz Expo Exhibition Park.
Nearly 110 artisans and wine producers will welcome them and share their passion for fine wine and food:
-    Spices
-    Teas
-    Organic wines, craft wines and wines with an "appellation d’origine"
-    Cheeses
-    Deli meats
-    Mushrooms
-    Chocolates…
The products are exhibited in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and can be tasted on the stands.

A gourmet tour of France

The exhibitors include manufacturers, artisans, distributors and producers, presenting their culinary specialities, local wines and other delicacies. The Wine and Gastronomy Fair is a real tour of France for the taste buds: Corsican deli meats Alsatian sauerkraut, Burgundy wines... there is no shortage of gourmet treasures!

Workshops, meetings and tasting sessions

Many specialists come to share their knowledge during workshops and fun or educational presentations. The programme includes:
-    Culinary bloggers
-    Wine waiters
-    Local and international renowned chefs
-    Pastry chefs, etc.

These gourmet initiations are aimed at beginners and experienced gourmets, of all ages. The subjects addressed include:

A showcase for local produce

In addition to an organic circuit aimed at highlighting organic products at the fair, there will also be a village devoted to local produce, promoting short distribution channels and product traceability.
