Biarritz Wine and Gastronomy Fair

People from the Biarritz region are invited to the 12th Wine and Gastronomy Fair from 1 to 4 February 2019 at the Halle d’Iraty.
Nearly 100 artisans and wine producers will welcome them and share their passion for fine wine and food:
-    Spices
-    Teas
-    Organic wines, craft wines and wines with an "appellation d’origine"
-    Cheeses
-    Deli meats
-    Mushrooms
-    Chocolates…
The products are exhibited in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and can be tasted on the stands.

A gourmet tour of France

The exhibitors include manufacturers, artisans, distributors and producers, presenting their culinary specialities, local wines and other delicacies. The Wine and Gastronomy Fair is a real tour of France for the taste buds: Corsican deli meats Alsatian sauerkraut, Burgundy wines, and much more. There are gourmet treasures everywhere!

A circuit devoted to organic produce!

In order to make stands with organic produce easier to identify, a special organic circuit has been designed for visitors who are particularly interested in this type of produce. In addition, a specific page is devoted to the "organic label" in the exhibition guide to help visitors find their way around, and each stand concerned is identified with a sign bearing the "organic" logo.

This is a great way to highlight organic produce, and enable visitors to talk with producers about their experience and understand the challenges of organic farming.

Spotlight on Beer

Synonymous with conviviality and sharing, beer has its own specific area at the Fair. Several brewers will be presenting their lagers, pale ales, bitters and stouts.

The Wine and Gastronomy fair is THE annual event for amateurs and experts in culinary arts and fine food. It is a reference event for avid gourmets, or people who are just inquisitive.
